FAQ

Here are some frequent questions regarding the bot and detailed answers on each of them

I don't have free trial/can't use the bot for free. Why?

We provide trial attempts depending on servers load. Unfortunately, sometimes we're not able to provide free trial period, however, you can use Free Credits guide to learn how to get credits for free every day.

I received a photo/video, but no changes were made. How do I get credits back?

If the output media is the same as what you uploaded, it means that bot couldn't detect a face either on face photo you sent or on target photo/video. Since bot did the job and processed the media, we are not able to refund credits for it. With Subscription activated, you receive credits every day and subsription plans already include additional credits for such cases.

We don't provide customer support for free credits, since you're vistting 3rd party service to get them.

The video I received has bad quality. I want my credits back!

If we're talking about face swap quality, meaning that there are glithces or the face wasn't applied properly, it happens due to the quality of the files you provide. With Subscription activated, you receive credits every day and subsription plans already include additional credits for such cases.

The cloned voice has really bad quality and/or not similar to the original one.
