Uploading, sharing, or displaying content featuring minors, for any purpose, is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate account termination.

Astrid AI reserves the right to notify and cooperate with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant law enforcement agencies if we suspect that a minor is using our platform.

Legal Consequences: If you are a minor, you must cease all use of Astrid AI immediately. Continued access or use of our platform by minors will result in notification to law enforcement and legal action as appropriate.

Introduction

Such actions will lead to immediate reporting to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), without prior notification, followed by account termination and disclosure of all pertinent content and data to authorities.

General Prohibition of Pornography

In addition to our stance on child exploitation, the creation, distribution, or promotion of pornographic content through our service is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to ensure that Astrid AI is used responsibly and ethically. Violations of this policy will result in similar swift actions, including account termination and potential legal consequences.

Verification and Compliance

Any representation of individuals on the Site must be submitted under the condition set by the content creator, ensuring that all individuals portrayed are legally adults (over 18 years at the time the content was produced). We rigorously enforce this policy and will take action against any content that fails to comply.

Reporting and Enforcement

Policy on Political Content: Astrid AI prohibits the use of its technology, including all affiliated services and bots, for the creation, distribution, or promotion of content that is politically oriented. Our platform is designed to foster creative and positive interactions, not to serve as a tool for political influence or manipulation.

Strict Enforcement: Any politically oriented content generated through our technology, if discovered, will be immediately removed from the platform. Astrid AI is committed to maintaining a neutral stance and ensuring that its services are not used to manipulate, deceive, or influence political processes or opinions.

Legal and Ethical Obligations: The creation of such content not only violates our terms of service but may also infringe upon laws governing misinformation and election interference. Therefore, users found creating or disseminating politically oriented content will face account termination and may be reported to legal authorities for further action.

User Vigilance and Reporting: We urge all users to remain vigilant and report any suspected politically oriented content encountered on AstridAI or any affiliated platforms. Prompt reporting helps us enforce these guidelines effectively and maintain the integrity of our services.

Respectful Interaction

This license allows AstridAI to use, modify, display, distribute, and perform the content across various media and includes the authority to issue DMCA takedown requests for any content bearing our watermark that is replicated elsewhere.

Restrictions on Commercial Use

The use of Astrid AI is limited to non-business purposes. Users are not permitted to monetize content created with Astrid AI or use it for any commercial activities unless they are part of our affiliate program or have received explicit authorization from our support service. Unauthorized commercial use of our platform, including advertising, marketing, or promoting contests, is strictly prohibited. Should your actions or the content you share result in legal challenges against Astrid AI, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all costs, including attorneys’ fees, that arise from such issues.

Indemnity

Astrid AI expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

Astrid AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable Law

The laws of New Mexico will apply to all matters relating to the use of this Service and the purchase of any products or services through this site, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes, actions, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Service Availability

The Service is not available to persons residing in or citizens of the United States due to specific regulatory and compliance considerations. However, it is accessible to users outside the United States, subject to compliance with these Terms and local laws, as applicable.

Enforcement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Astrid AI regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and AstridAI relating to your use of the Service.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Service is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you

Payment Terms

Astrid AI supports various billing platforms to accommodate users worldwide, including Instaxchange, Hoodpay, PayPal, and Stripe (as of May 2024). Depending on your location and the specific services you wish to access, we may offer one or more of these payment solutions, or potentially none at all. It's important to note that Astrid AI does not accept payments from the United States or from countries that are prohibited by any of our partnered payment providers. This includes, but is not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Czech Republic, Russia, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. If the user made purchase from any of these countries through any supported provider, we retain the right to limit the access to our platform with or without prior notice.

Representatives of Astrid AI will never directly request personal deposits from users; all payments should be conducted through the mentioned billing platforms only. Each transaction is automated and managed through Astrid AI's billing partners. If you make a payment and do not receive the intended credits, and the transaction was conducted through a bot affiliated with Astrid AI, you must contact Astrid AI immediately. For transactions involving third-party affiliates or other external entities, Astrid AI disclaims responsibility for additional goods and services that these affiliates may offer.

Users must also be aware that each payment provider used by Astrid AI has its own terms of service and privacy policy. By completing a purchase, users agree to these terms as well. As of May 2024, users of Astrid AI and its affiliated bots are purchasing in-bot currency, termed "credits," which are not to be confused with cryptocurrency or any real-world currency. These credits can be used to access various features within the bots, with some being time-limited and others not.

We urge all users to carefully review the terms associated with each payment method and to remain vigilant against unauthorized or suspicious payment requests.

Billing Errors

If you suspect that a billing mistake has occurred, we urge you to promptly alert us. Should we not receive communication from you regarding the error within 30 days of its appearance on any account summary, the said fee will be assumed as acknowledged by you for all intents and purposes, encompassing inquiries initiated by your credit card provider. You absolve AstridAI from all obligations and potential claims stemming from any discrepancies not highlighted to us within the stipulated 30-day window.

Chargebacks

In circumstances where a chargeback is made on your credit card account for any payment processed in your Astrid AI account (whether done deliberately or inadvertently), we retain the right to suspend your account while conducting a comprehensive probe to ascertain the authenticity of the chargeback claim. Funds under contention will only be reinstated if the chargeback is deemed valid. All references to "chargeback" allude to the reversal of a credit/debit card transaction. Under normal circumstances, there should be no need to file a chargeback. Should you be entitled to a credit, simply reach out to AstridAI for resolution. If you suspect any fraudulent use of your card concerning our Services, it is imperative to alert AstridAI immediately. All costs incurred by Astrid AI due to a chargeback you initiate will be shouldered by you.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT INITIATE ANY CHARGEBACKS ON TRANSACTIONS MADE TO YOUR CARD BY ASTRIDAI IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SERVICES, AND AS PER THIS AGREEMENT. ANY CHARGEBACK ACTIVITY WILL BE CONTESTED BY ASTRIDAI, AND YOU CONSENT TO REIMBURSE ANY ASSOCIATED CHARGEBACK FEES IMPOSED BY A PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER, THROUGH ANY MEANS ASTRIDAI DEEMS FIT, INCLUDING RE-CHARGING YOUR CARD OR UTILIZING COLLECTION AGENCIES.

Limitation of Liability

While Astrid AI aims to provide a reliable and accurate Service, we make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content created using the Service. Astrid AI will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Service. Telegram Bots affiliated with Astrid AI, are using AI technology to enhance photos, videos and audio. The nature of AI does not allow to guarantee the resulting content user will receive. In some cases, there may be issues with providing this content which can be either user's, or Astrid AI's fault. Our product includes logging algorithms which help us identify some of the cases where the resulting content was not delivered due to the issue on AI's side. In such cases, we may return "credits" that user spent on this generation, however, we are not obligated to do it. In other cases, for example, where users provide bad-quality content, bot may also return no result or the result with bad quality. In such cases, "credits" are not returned.

Changes to the Terms of Service

Astrid AI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
