Purchase and Use of In-Bot Credits: At Astrid AI, users can purchase in-bot credits, which are used to access various features within our bots. These credits are not cryptocurrency, nor are they any form of real-world currency. The price of these credits is set by the Astrid AI team and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. The cost of credits and the features they can unlock may vary depending on the region and the specific user profile.

No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of in-bot credits, once purchased, they are considered fully utilized from the moment they are credited to your account. This is because we cannot determine whether the credits have been used specifically from a certain payment once they are merged with your existing balance. Consequently, we generally do not offer refunds for any purchased credits.

Exceptions – Conditional Refunds: However, there are exceptions if the purchase is made via Stripe or PayPal. If you have not used any of the newly purchased credits (i.e., your credit balance remains unchanged from the time of purchase), you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction. For example, if you had 800 credits and bought an additional 1000 credits, you would be eligible for a refund only if the total of 1800 credits remains untouched.
