Priority & Servers

To process photos and videos, Astrid AI uses GPU computing power. It takes time to create content for each user, that's why we have Queue system. However, users with subscription have advantage over free users or users with purchased credits, meaning their creations will be made faster.

Qeueue System

Astrid AI has queue system. It means that when you submit media ("job"), it is queued and will be processed after previous jobs are finished.

Servers

Astrid AI has a flexible server management system. We use as many servers as needed to remain as fast processing time as possible and may launch more service according to the growth of our community.

Server Status

Although our server management system launches additional servers when there is high load on other servers, we may ran out of them and in that case, you may expect delays. You can track server load status by checking it through /start command in any of the bots. If it shows high load, it's likely that you will have to wait longer for the job to be finished.

Unfinished Jobs

In cases when there is a high load on servers and the queue is too big, you may not receive your processed media. Usually, if it takes more than 30 minutes to start processing the job, it is automatically cancelled and your credits are returned.

Priority

To fairly distribute priority of the jobs, we mark each of them with priority status. Jobs with higher priority statuses will be processed before those with lower priority status.

Subscribers have highest priority status by default. At the same time, users with lower subscription plan have lower priority that users with higher subscription plan.

Users with purchased credits have higher priority status than free users, but lower than subscribers.

Users with trial period have higher priority than users with free plan, but lower than users with purchased credits.

Free users have lowest priority status.

⚡️ Skip-the-Queue Feature

Some users may want to be ahead of others because they need the job to be processed as fast as possible. To make it happen, any user can choose Skip-the-Queue option before submitting their job.

How it works?

Bot chooses a server with the lowest queue and calculates the price based on these factors

  1. Complexity of the job.

  2. Time required to process other jobs in queue.

  3. User Status (users with subscriptions pay less for this feature than those without the subscription)
