  6. User's behaviour on the site and affiliated telegram bots, including preferred language used.

  7. Media sent by user to any affiliated bot of Astrid AI.

Media Submission and Usage

When you use Astrid AI's services, including our bots, you may be asked to submit various forms of media, such as images, videos, and audio files. We automatically download this media to our servers to create content through sophisticated AI-driven processes. This data is temporarily stored on servers that we rent from third-party providers.

Data Processing and Storage

The media you provide is used solely for the purpose of content creation. Our servers, which are operated by external hosting services, handle this data under strict privacy and security measures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA. Once the AI has completed creating the content, all original media files are permanently erased from our servers.

File Storage and Access

Generated content is then uploaded to Pixeldrain.com, where it is stored and managed. As of May 2024, for audio enhancements, we utilize services from Elevenlabs. Both Pixeldrain and Elevenlabs have their own privacy policies and terms of service, which users must agree to as part of using Astrid AI’s services. Each bot provides a link for you to download the generated content, which is stored in Pixeldrain's databases. These links allow you to access your content in the future upon request.

By using Astrid AI, you acknowledge that the processing and storage of your media by Pixeldrain, Elevenlabs, and our server providers are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
